The Plant and Soil Science class visited Kaye Dee Potucek's shop on February 7th. Kaye Dee took time out of her day at Primarily Plants to teach some FFA members about floral arrangements. Some of the plants students learned about included roses, leatherleaf fern, and babies breath. All the students in the Plant and Soil Science class will be making a floral arrangement for Valentines Day. With the advice from Kaye Dee, there will be some very pretty arrangements. All of these activities will complete the Plant and Soil Science floral design unit.
