Minute to Win It!! Summer camp fun!










The Sedgwick County Zoo gave a presentation at the Elementary Library today. The presentation was sponsored by the Oxford Public Library. The kids enjoyed seeing the animals and are prepared to go to the zoo Thursday.










NO weights and conditioning sessions will be held on Monday, June 10th. Coaches Westerman, Schneider, and Kilts will be gone.

The Adventure has begun!











Oxford Elementary is taking applications for an At-Risk Aide for the 24-25 school year. This is a full-time position with USD 358. The job includes working with multiple teachers to support students struggling with reading and math. https://form.jotform.com/usd358/employment


Makhila won a 2nd GOLD medal in the 200 M. She broke another record with a winning time of 25.19. The old record was 25.25 set in 1991, She repeated the 200 State Championship (last year in 1A). Makhila took 3rd in the 400 and 1st in the 100 -what a great day! #OxfordProud


Makhila Maupin is the 2a state champion in 100 M. She did it in style by breaking a second meet record. The previous record for the 100m set in 1981 and tied in 1998 was 12.10. Makhila finished with a time of 12.04! Gold #1 for the day! #Oxfordproud


Update from State Track: Makhila qualified for finals in the 400 and 200! In the 200 prelims, she broke a 1991 meet record! Her final preliminary will be in the 100m on Saturday at 8:30 am. She is the only Wildcat to qualify for the running event finals. #wildcatpride


Today is the day! The Kansas State High School Track meet kicks off at Wichita State University. OHS is sending 9 athletes to compete for state titles. Come wish them good luck at noon today. Go get em' Cats!



OHS has 9 athletes headed to the KSHSAA State Track Meet on Friday and Saturday at Wichita State University.
A good luck send-off will be at noon on Friday in the back OHS parking lot. Come share your Oxford pride as these Wildcats head out to compete for a state title.


Congratulations to Kandice Roy for receiving a Cheerleading scholarship to Kansas Wesleyan University! The scholarship will equal $76,000 over 4 years!
