The Regional Solo and Ensemble Music Festival was held today. Jason Mercer earned a 1 rating (the top score) for his solo. Abreyan, Cecily, Adam, and Mary each received 2 ratings. Congratulations to all the musicians.

Mrs. Moberly and Mrs. Yoder's 1st grade classes constructed kites. Today, was the perfect day for flying them! Their 5th-grade reading buddies joined the 1st-graders to launch the kites. It was contagious to listen to the joy and giggles of the children.






Today, Oxford Jr Sr. High students had a college and career day. 7th and 8th grades visited WSU Innovation campus and the Museum of World Treasures. 9th grade went to Newman University and WSU while 10th and 11th grade went to Cargill and Foley.






Oxford High School hosted the SCBL League Forensics Tournament today. Flinthills took 1st, Oxford placed 2nd. Thank you to OHS Forensics coaches Katlyn Avritt and Billy Hatfield, as well as, all the volunteers and workers who made today a success.


NOTICE- The OHS baseball and softball games scheduled for Monday, April 8th have been moved to Burden and will start at 4:30 pm.


Oxford Elementary Kindergarten Round-Up ( pre-enrollment) will be held
Tuesday, April 23rd, from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm at the Elementary School.
Please call the office to schedule an appointment (620-455-2422).
All children who will be kindergarten age, even those that currently attend Oxford PK, are highly encouraged to attend the event- this is kindergarten pre-enrollment!
Your appointment will be approximately 30 minutes in duration. Staff will complete a Kindergarten screener with students while parents will complete the Ages and Stages questionnaire.
Children who will be 5 years old by August 31, 2024, are eligible to attend Kindergarten classes. Please bring immunization records, health assessment (well-child physical), and birth certificate, if you. have them. (These documents are required for enrollment.)

The Oxford High School Track team traveled to Douglass on Tuesday, April 2nd. The team had numerous individual medalists. The Wildcats ended the night with BOTH the boy's team and the girl's team bringing home 2nd place awards!
The season is off to a hot start.🐾


The 2nd Annual Touch a Truck Night will be on Friday, April 12 from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Bring the family to see vehicles, equipment and machinery used in our area. Honey & Rue's Food Truck will be serving dinner!


OHS baseball will travel to Caldwell tonight, and the OHS softball team will play in South Haven. Both double-headers will begin at 4pm.
Notice- the Highway 166 bridge over the Turnpike is closed. Those traveling southbound on the Turnpike can take the South Haven exit.
