The high school track meet has been cancelled today due to weather. No track practices for high school or middle school after school today either.

Tuesday, April 25th, OHS Senior Mark Specht will have a college signing for the Cowley College Cheer team at 12:15pm. Congratulations Mark! #fromwildcattotiger

Senior night was a success! The Lady Cats are now 12-0 on the season: Seniors include Liberty Kies, Treva Williams, Parker Chrisman and Emery Commerford. Baseball has a 9-3 record lead by seniors Cristian Bain, Hayden Ruyle, Peyton Rush, Alex Alata, and Colby Hammond.



Monday, the CLASS of 2023 SENIORS participating in baseball, softball, and track will be recognized between the double header baseball and softball games. Come out and show your appreciate for their representation of Oxford High School over the years.

The 1st Grade and FFA collaboration- "Dairy Dates" -concluded today with an ice cream making activity. What a fun partnership these two groups have had this year.

Today is a great day to be a WILDCAT, and for the 1st track meet of the season. Good luck to our junior high track team as they travel to Central.


Oxford's own Lauren Van Allen was recognized today at the Kansas Teacher of the Year Banquet as a secondary semi-finalist. We are so proud of all you do for students and they way you represent our school with pride. Lauren is outstanding educator.
This award recognizes excellent teaching in the elementary and secondary classrooms across the state. The Kansas Teacher of the Year Region 4 Awards Banquet took place at the Wichita Marriott Hotel, 9100 Corporate Hills Drive




Calling all Oxford 4-Year Olds! Thursday night is the next Kindergarten readiness night. Parents, come with your child to experience hands on stations and learn activities you can do at home to help your little one be ready for a successful start to kindergarten!


Tonight is TRUCK NIGHT at OHS. Bring your family to come explore careers on wheels and see the big trucks that make it happen. The event will start at 6pm and wrap up by 8pm. Devour Food Truck and Brown Box Bakery will also be here for those who are hungry.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS! Tuesday, March 21st (6-8pm) come to Oxford High School to enjoy a fun, family night of "BIG TRUCKS" and explore careers on wheels. Two food trucks will also be on site that night for those who are looking for a dinner option!

Oxford Schools will be out for spring break March 10-17. School will resume on Monday, March 20th.


OHS Agriscience students spent time with florist KayeDee Potluck at Primarily Plants to learn about plants and the art of floral arrangements. The students then designed their own arrangements, then delivered them to the Oxford Nursing home.
