
Today USD 358 recognized staff their service and name the teacher of the year. Stephanie Moberly and Kathy Sutton- 5 years of service to Oxford, Hilary Catlin-15 years and Shawn Burkes 30 years dedication to 358! Dee Ginn was name Teacher of the Year. Congratulations to all!

Field day 2019





Thank you to Dr Doug Swanson from Winfield Chiropractic for providing sports physicals for our students and donating part of the proceeds to the OHS Booster Club. This is the 33rd year they’ve supported the Wildcats! To date the Swanson’s have donated $20,000.


7th graders put their Kansas history studies into life by having a talking tombstones exhibit!





1st grade celebrated their Kid Choice Awards last night! What a great group of kids and parents. Thank your to the teachers- Mrs. Allen and Mrs. Reeves for hosting the event.




KAY Club members had a blast celebrating the end of another great year with some bowling! Thanks to the students who make our school, community, nation, and world a better place.


It's not too early to get your sports physicals for the 19-20 school year! All cheerleaders, volleyball, football, cross country, basketball, baseball, softball, and track athletes must have one on file before the 1st day of practices.


The 5-12 band and 7-12 choir concert has been rescheduled for, tomorrow, Tuesday, May 14th at 6:30pm in the OHS auditorium.

Friday, Mrs. Ramirez's and Mr. Epp's routes are able to get to most students. They will be in contact with those families they are unable to reach. The Geuda Springs route looks unlikely at this time, however a final decision will be made by 6:30am tomorrow morning.

OHS Softball will not play tonight. At this time they've been re-scheduled for Friday at 4pm in Winfield.

The deadline to file for the Oxford School Board is June 3rd. The following positions are up for re-election; District I, currently held by Byron White, District II, represented by Phillip Rush, District III, held by Dorinda Neises, and the At- Large, served by Justin Shepherd.

Oxford Schools will be CLOSED today due to flooding.

The band and choir concert for tonight has been cancelled and will be rescheduled next week at a time to be determined.

The spring music concert is tonight at 6:30pm. Come enjoy the music from bands grades 5-12 and the middle school and high school choirs.

The OHS softball games have been moved to West Elk. We will play the second game which should start approximately 3pm. (1st game- CVD vs Sedan starts around 1:30pm). The girls will leave Oxford at 1pm.

High School Baseball has been moved to West Elk today. They will play at 12pm.

The OJHS Drama Club will perform Saturday night at 7pm.
