Preschool Screening
On Friday, April 8th, 2021 from 8:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m., Sumner County Educational Services will offer a free developmental screening to children, ages birth through 5. If you are interested in how your child is growing and developing, please call the elementary school office at 620-455-2410 to schedule an appointment. Parents of birth to 2.5, you will meet one on one with a provider, and will be asked about how your child is developing. Parents of children 2.6 and up, there are 4 stations that your child will go through, so please plan to spend about an hour at the screening. Screenings will be held at the Jr./Sr. High. If your child is currently enrolled in Oxford’s preschool, or is on an IFSP/IEP, it is not necessary to have him/her screened. If you have any questions or concerns, please talk with your child’s teacher.
This is a cooperative effort among Sumner County Educational Services Interlocal District #619 and USD #358.
